I had the pleasure to sub in for a yoga class over the weekend at the Lelia Patterson Center in Fletcher, NC where I taught a challenging yet nurturing yoga routine. We mainly focused on the hamstrings and the groin area throughout the class and we listened to a lot of Adele and Mumford and Sons.

It was amazing to have the opportunity to teach at such an incredible facility! I asked the students to go into frog pose where they held it for about 7 minutes, at the end of class, before savasana. Because of the intensity of this pose I typically expect to see a lot of fidgeting, but this class did extremely well! And when they released the pose, there was a huge sigh of relief. This class did nothing but confirm my passion for teaching. I am always so appreciative of every teaching opportunity.
Keeping this post short, I have one more thing to share before crashing in the bed. Remember the t-shirt giveaway I posted back in August for breast cancer?

Well, the shirts are finally made and the winners have been chosen. The winners are Dawn Choura and Rich Daniels!! I have the shirts in and will be mailing your sizes to you ASAP. Thanks for all your votes!!
Have a great week!!
